The Role
We are seeking a User Access Management Analyst to join our expanding team at SpeedTech Innovation. This role is key to ensuring the integrity and security of our enterprise systems by effectively managing user access, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and mitigating risks related to user identity and permissions. Key Responsibilities
- IAM Policy & Governance: Implement and maintain robust IAM policies, performing regular audits and user access reviews to identify discrepancies and potential security risks.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the joiner, mover, and leaver processes, ensuring all identity management actions are completed in line with company policies.
- User Access Provisioning: Support and manage access rights provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring timely and accurate assignment and removal of user access across systems and applications.
- Incident Management: Collaborate with the Security team to support investigations into access-related security incidents, providing guidance on remediation and compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain IAM documentation, providing reports on KPIs, IAM compliance, and access control metrics to ensure accountability.
- Policy & Process Improvement: Stay up to date on emerging IAM technologies and trends, making recommendations to improve policies, tools, and processes for better security and operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Auditing: Provide necessary documentation and evidence for internal and external audits, ensuring ongoing compliance with data protection regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices, policies, and principles.
- Proven experience with IAM tools and technologies such as PAM, SSO, MFA, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve security risks.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as IGA solutions or PAM platforms.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC2.
- Experience using reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for generating detailed metrics and analysis.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in an IAM-focused role is preferred.
