About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Project Assistant to support our project management teams in delivering high-quality results. You will assist in planning, coordination, and monitoring of project tasks, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist Project Managers with task planning and resource allocation.
· Maintain project schedules, documents, and records.
· Coordinate meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
· Prepare project reports, presentations, and summaries.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Identify risks and escalate them to Project Managers as needed.
Essential Qualifications
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Basic understanding of project lifecycle and management methodologies.
Desirable Skills
· Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
· Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or technology sectors.
· Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management techniques.
