Digital Construction Supervisor

About the Role

As a Digital Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the implementation and management of digital tools and processes to enhance project delivery and construction efficiency. You will collaborate with project teams to integrate advanced technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and other digital construction tools into workflows, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

 Location: UK (Various Locations)

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and manage digital construction technologies such as BIM, 3D modelling, and data management systems.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650 and other relevant regulations.

· Train and support project teams in the use of digital construction tools and methodologies.

· Monitor project progress and report on digital integration to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless information flow.

· Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within digital construction processes.

Essential Qualifications

· Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of BIM tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar.

· Experience in implementing and managing digital tools in a construction environment.

· Familiarity with digital construction standards, such as PAS 1192 or ISO 19650.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills

· Certification in BIM or digital construction technologies.

· Experience in project management or coordination roles.

· Knowledge of sustainability and environmental considerations in construction.
