Your role will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance across critical sectors including healthcare, education, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
· Automated Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright and Selenium to ensure consistent, reliable testing of software applications.
· Manual Testing: Perform detailed manual testing to uncover defects, ensuring the product meets functional, usability, and performance standards.
· Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to define and implement test strategies, create detailed test plans, and ensure smooth, successful releases.
· Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track issues through to resolution, liaising with development teams to ensure timely fixes and feature improvements.
· Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimise and improve test automation frameworks and processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability in testing efforts.
· Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to assess system reliability, scalability, and response time under stress.
· Reporting: Provide detailed and clear test reports and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and supporting decision-making processes.
Requirements
· Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with both manual and automated testing expertise.
· Automation Tools: Proficiency with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and other similar technologies.
· Scripting Languages: Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
· QA Methodologies: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
· CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and resolve them efficiently.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and articulate issues, progress, and findings.
Preferred Qualifications
· Other Automation Tools: Experience with additional automation tools like Cypress or WebdriverIO.
· API Testing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Postman or REST Assured for API testing.
· Agile/Scrum: Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
· Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
