We are seeking an IDAM Analyst to join our team and take ownership of planning, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions. This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while driving impactful results.
Type of employment: Hybrid Role – Manchester (2-3 days in the office per week)
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
· Solution Implementation & Maintenance: Design, implement, and manage IDAM systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
· Expertise in Identity Governance: Serve as the go-to expert on identity governance and role-based access control (RBAC).
· Authentication Management: Administer authentication technologies like Azure Active Directory, Kerberos, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
· Collaboration with SOC Teams: Partner with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to enhance anomaly detection and streamline incident response processes.
· Risk & Compliance Monitoring: Monitor IDAM compliance, identify risks, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Key Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
· Proven expertise with identity management technologies, including PAM, SSO, and MFA.
· Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
· Strong understanding of identity governance frameworks and role-based access control (RBAC).
· Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and security enhancement.
Desirable Skills & Experience
· Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CompTIA Security+.
· Experience collaborating with IT and security teams to align identity management processes with organizational goals.
