We are seeking a Research Scientist – AI Innovation to join our team and spearhead groundbreaking advancements in LLM development.  Type of Employment: Remote (with occasional travel to The Bay Area)

Key Responsibilities

· Develop novel architectures for large language models optimized for enterprise use cases.

· Conduct advanced research in model efficiency, optimization, and controllability.

· Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to translate innovative ideas into deployable AI solutions.

· Contribute to advancements in AI by publishing research in leading journals and presenting at conferences.

· Drive innovation in AI systems tailored to deliver high-performance and scalable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

· Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

· Strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and large-scale language models.

· Proficiency in model optimization techniques for fast and efficient inference.

· Proven experience translating research into production-ready, impactful systems.

· A collaborative mindset with a passion for solving real-world challenges through innovative AI solutions.

Preferred Experience

· Hands-on involvement with startups or enterprise AI teams focused on large language models.

· Demonstrated success in publishing high-impact research or patents in AI or NLP.
